Twice as Many Demo Requests After a Website Redesign
A software company had a steady flow of website visitors — around 8,000 a month — but almost none of them were getting in touch. Only 1 in 100 visitors was booking a demo. The website was slow and confusing to navigate.
Most visitors were leaving without scrolling past the first section of the page. The main contact button was not visible on mobile. The site took nearly 5 seconds to load, and many people were giving up before the page even appeared.
We rebuilt the website so it loads in under a second. We redesigned the homepage to clearly explain what the product does and put a big, obvious button to book a demo right at the top. We moved pricing information somewhere easy to find. We also made sure Google could properly understand the site.
The percentage of visitors who booked a demo went from 1.2% to 2.5% — meaning twice as many customers from the same amount of traffic. Fewer people left without clicking anything, and visitors started spending much more time reading the site.
